Jonah's Faux- Hawk

Jonah got a new summer hair-do! He got a mohawk but I was told it is called a faux mohawk because we did not actually shave the sides:) He loves his new stylish look and lil' bro got one, too!

The Astros/ Yankees Game

We went to see the Yankees for an early Fathers Day! Or more like a present for me! I love the Yankees, and so does half of the people that went to the game! My fav player is D. Jeter and we showed up 2 hours early to take pics of him and of course the team did not come out early enough to sign autographs or take pics:( Lettie hung out with us there while we waited but no luck! Oh well, we took pics of ourselves and saw some other players!

Summer Time: Swimming Fun!

Okay, this first picture has nothing to do with swimming but I love how Noah has found his hiding place inside his easel! He loves it there:)

Here Jonah and Noah prepare for swimming at Coles Crossings pool! Jonah is still very careful around the water...he is scared to be let go of, unlike Noah who took off all floation devices and wanted to be free. They are such different characters...one is very cautious , and one a daredevil!

Our newest member of the family....

We adopted our newest member this weekend! Dory, the fish! Jonah really wanted a fish, so we researched the easiest one for a beginner to have, and it was a Betta. Jonah had to have a blue one and he named it Dory (from Finding Nemo). Andy and Jonah had fun putting everything together for our new friend, and she seems happy to be here in her new environment!

Zoo Time!

Noah finally visited the Houston Zoo, and he loved it! Jonah always loves visiting the zoo, he even studied up on the reptiles before our visit!
