Galveston for Andy's Birthday!

We decided to celebrate Andy's birthday in Galveston for the weekend! It was so much fun, we decided to do some different stuff this time...and our friends Jessica, Manuel, and lil' Benicio were there, too. The boys had a blast at Moody Gardens, the beach, the Strand, and exploring Galveston. We also found a GREAT resturant to eat at, that we highly recommend... The Spot. Thanks Mike for joining us!

We got home for Andy's actual birthday and I prepared a meal he requested plus he wanted a home made strawberry cake! He had a special birthday with his family! Love you babes!

Summer Swimming with Benicio

The boys had lots of fun at pools this summer but their most favorite was when they went to Benicio's neighborhood pool! It gave them a chance to play alone in the water and give them more confidence being in water! Also, they love hanging with Benicio! It gave me time to get tan and hang with my girl! Fun times!!

Summer Story Time @ BN

This summer the boys enjoyed going to story time every Thursday with Ms. Madeline at Barnes and Noble. This was Jonah's last week because he starts pre-school next Tuesday! He enjoyed listening to stories and creating crafts. On his last 2 trips he once went with his buddy Benicio and Daddy even joined! Jonah loves to learn and of course read!!!

Jonah learned his continents this week and learned where they are located on the map! I am proud of my lil' 4 year old! I'm also using my NEW camera to record him...it finally arrived! Next, we will learn his months...thanks to Miss Herrera and Shannon for pointing it out that is what he needs before he enters kindergarten next year..they were joking! Hopefully Jonah will be in one of their classes when he starts in a year!;)

A Day at the Circus!

We decided to take the boys to circus before our New Orleans trip! Thank Goodness I downloaded all the pics before we left on the trip because I did lose my camera in NOLA:( Anyways it was our 1st time and it was a blast! It is true what they say it is the GREATEST show!
